Our Craftsmanship
A strong image is only the beginning. Every Modern Paradox product is developed through a controlled artwork, production and presentation workflow designed to preserve detail, scale and intent.
1. The artwork master
- Each product starts with a defined composition, aspect ratio, palette and intended room. The approved artwork is prepared at the highest practical quality for the production size.
- Large-format masters are professionally upscaled, inspected at full resolution and retouched before approval. Critical details remain inside a print-safe area, while nonessential background continues to the edges for gallery wrapping.
2. Production-ready preparation
- The crop, orientation and size ladder are controlled so the artwork remains consistent across available formats.
- Personalized names, dates, coordinates and customer details are added as verified editable elements after the visual foundation is approved.
3. Professional canvas production
- Orders are produced through Gelato’s professional print network. Current canvas specifications include a coated cotton-polyester fabric, substantial canvas weight, high-resolution printing and FSC-certified wood and canvas sourcing.
- Selected formats are available as gallery-wrap canvas or framed canvas. Product-page specifications and destination availability determine the exact options.
4. Colour and detail
- Professional printers and UV-resistant inks are used to produce sharp detail and lasting colour. The artwork is prepared in a print-appropriate colour space and reviewed for tonal separation before release.
- Printing is a physical process. Small differences between screen colour and the finished canvas, or between production locations, are normal within accepted tolerances.
5. Finishing and presentation
- Canvas is stretched and finished according to the selected format. Framed canvas is fitted into the chosen frame option when available.
- Hanging hardware is included with eligible canvas products, allowing the piece to arrive ready for installation.
6. Packaging and delivery
- Finished work is packed using materials and methods appropriate to the product size and destination. Larger pieces require more protective packaging and may ship separately from other items in the order.
- Inspect the package upon arrival and retain all materials if damage is visible.
Designed honestly
- Lifestyle mockups are intended to show believable scale and context. They are not meant to imply hand-painted texture, metallic leaf or dimensional brushwork unless the product description specifically states that the physical product includes those features.
- The exact approved artwork should be used consistently in product imagery, web previews and production files.
Canvas care
- Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, cleaning products, prolonged direct sunlight, high humidity and sharp contact.
- Lift larger canvases with two hands and support the frame rather than pulling on the canvas surface.
