Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline.

Order confirmations are sent by email once your order is received.

We reserve the right to limit, cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of suspected error, fraud, or unavailability.

Pricing & Payment

All prices, applicable taxes and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payment is required at the time of order.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed.

Personalized & Custom Products

For any personalized or custom product, you are responsible for reviewing and approving all details (such as names, dates, images or text) you submit before your order is produced.

Once you approve a proof or personalization details, we are not responsible for errors that were present in what you approved.

Shipping & Delivery
