03 · FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Before you upload.
Can you print a photo from my phone?
Often yes, depending on the original pixel dimensions and desired print size. Upload the original file from your phone—not a screenshot or social-media copy—and we will assess it.
Will you edit or enhance my artwork?
Basic crop, layout and print-fit recommendations are part of the review. Significant retouching, restoration, compositing or design work should be quoted separately.
Can I request a size that is not listed?
Yes. Select “Custom size” and include the target dimensions in your project details. Availability depends on production and shipping limits.
Do I get to approve the crop?
Yes. Any crop or composition change should be shown in the proof before the file is released for production.
Can you print copyrighted artwork I found online?
No. You must own the artwork or have clear permission to reproduce it. The request form requires confirmation of reproduction rights.
Can businesses order multiple copies?
Yes. Provide the quantity, locations and project details. Commercial and multi-piece requests can be priced and managed as a separate quote.
